Your health information deserves clear protections and clear choices.

**Private by design.**
Your checks form your personal health record. Being a family member, payer, or referral partner does not automatically grant access.

**Protected access.**
Gia uses phone verification, protected sign-in sessions, and access controls to restrict access to participant records.

**Clear permissions.**
Agreeing to Terms, consenting to a recorded check, and choosing to share information are separate decisions.

**Responsible use of AI.**
Gia is an automated AI service. Keeping your recordings does not itself authorize model training, new research, or sharing with others.
