Gia phone check consent
Effective September 29, 2026. Version gia-phone-consent-2026-09-29.
Scienza Health, Inc. operates Gia. This is permission for a phone check on the mobile number you already verified. Agreeing records that permission. It does not by itself place the call. When the call is placed, it is an automated conversation with Gia. It is not a call with a doctor. The call is recorded. The recording includes your voice and Gia's voice. Gia uses this conversation, including your recorded speech and your responses, to add this check to your personal health profile. That profile is sometimes called a digital twin. It is the record of your checks kept over time. It is not a simulation of you, a diagnosis, or continuous monitoring. Scienza retains your recording, separated speech, transcript, results, and supporting information as part of your longitudinal health record, to support comparison over time. Retaining these records does not, by itself, authorize another call, a new analysis of a stored recording, model training, or sharing with a doctor or caregiver. Comparison over time is the reason for keeping the records. It does not mean a comparison of your checks is available now. A later call starts only when you ask Gia to call your verified number again. This agreement covers that call while it still matches what you accepted. If it has changed, you will be asked to agree again. Saving a recording does not start a call. For this phone check, Scienza uses contracted service providers to place the automated call, store your records, transcribe the conversation, separate your speech from Gia's, and analyze your speech and responses using automated tools, including artificial intelligence. These providers receive the information needed for their respective services, which may include your phone number, recording, and transcript. This processing is used to generate results for this check, but results may be incomplete or unavailable. You can look at the result in your check. It can include one sentence about the voice analysis, short readings for memory and thinking, mood, anxiety, energy, stress, and focus, and information about everyday activities, when your answers provide enough information. A part of the result can be missing or unfinished. The recording remains part of your record when no result is produced, and when the analysis was not confirmed. This check is not a diagnosis. It does not contact emergency services or create an appointment. Staff who are signed in for this service can listen to the recording and read the transcript and the results. Scienza records that access. Sharing with a doctor or a caregiver is optional and separate from that access. This agreement does not include that sharing. It happens only if you later choose to share, and only with a recipient available for that choice. This agreement is only for the phone check. It does not allow a video visit or a recording in your browser. If you do not agree, the phone check does not start. Not placing another call does not erase the recording or the information kept with it.
